Con­certo Copen­ha­gen-EN

For over thirty years, Con­certo Copen­ha­gen (CoCo) has been on a music­al jour­ney of dis­cov­ery. Rooted in the Early Music scene, the Copen­ha­gen-based orches­tra con­tinu­ously expands its rep­er­toire. Described as an “ensemble for tidløs musik” it is not only a mas­ter of Baroque music but is also at home in the Vienna Clas­sic­al, Romantic, and con­tem­por­ary music rep­er­toires.

Palazz­etto Bru Zane-EN

The Palazz­etto Bru Zane — Centre de musique romantique française explores the music of the French Romantic peri­od. Since its found­a­tion in 2009, it has sig­ni­fic­antly expan­ded the rep­er­toire of this event­ful peri­od in the 19^th cen­tury. Opheli­a’s Cul­ture PR has been look­ing after the Palazz­etto Bru Zane Found­a­tion in Ger­man-speak­ing coun­tries since 2012.

Basel Sin­foni­etta

The Basel Sin­foni­etta is a sym­phon­ic orches­tra spe­cial­ising in con­tem­por­ary music. In its six sub­scrip­tion con­certs, the Basel Sin­foni­etta presents innov­at­ive pro­grammes for Basel and the region. As Opheli­as Cul­ture PR, we have been respons­ible for all areas of pub­lic rela­tions and present­a­tion of the Basel Sin­foni­etta since 2022. The aim of our work is to com­mu­nic­ate with the loc­al audi­ence and increase pub­lic aware­ness — also inter­na­tion­ally.

Basel Com­pos­i­tion Com­pet­i­tion-EN

Basel Com­pos­i­tion Com­pet­i­tion (BCC) is an inter­na­tion­al com­pos­i­tion com­pet­i­tion that takes place every two years in col­lab­or­a­tion with Paul Sach­er Found­a­tion in Basel, award­ing works for cham­ber and sym­phony orches­tra. From Janu­ary 30 to Feb­ru­ary 2, 2025, fifth edi­tion was held, as in pre­vi­ous years, under the dir­ec­tion of jury pres­id­ent Michael Jar­rell.

Basel Sin­foni­etta-EN

Basel Sin­foni­etta is a sym­phon­ic orches­tra spe­cial­iz­ing in con­tem­por­ary music – mak­ing it a unique ensemble world­wide. Driv­en by the goal of per­form­ing music that is in tune with the times, Basel Sin­foni­etta has been break­ing clas­sic­al con­cert con­ven­tions since its found­ing in 1980, explor­ing vari­ous genres and cul­tures in its pro­grams. The Basel-based ensemble col­lab­or­ates with lead­ing com­posers of today. Numer­ous works have been com­mis­sioned, and since its found­ing, more than 240 world premi­eres and many Swiss premi­eres have been presen­ted.

With his extraordin­ary voice and bold artist­ic approach, Brazili­an coun­terten­or Bruno de Sá is set­ting new stand­ards on inter­na­tion­al opera stages. He gained inter­na­tion­al recog­ni­tion with his acclaimed Warner record­ing Roma Trav­estita (2022), fol­lowed by Mille affetti (2024).

In 2026, the Inns­bruck Early Music Fest­iv­al will cel­eb­rate its 50^th anniversary — an anniversary that impress­ively under­lines its pion­eer­ing role in the field of his­tor­ic­al per­form­ance prac­tice. Since its found­a­tion in 1976, the Fest­iv­al Weeks have developed into one of the world’s most import­ant fest­ivals for early music, pro­mot­ing the careers of numer­ous artists in the pro­cess.

The Cologne Opera is one of the great tra­di­tion­al opera houses in Ger­many. Artist­ic Dir­ect­or Hein Mulders has been in charge of the theatre since the 2022/23 sea­son. Grand opera, excit­ing music theatre, world premi­eres of inter­na­tion­al stand­ing and the cul­tiv­a­tion of clas­sic­al rep­er­toire works are at the heart of the rep­er­toire.
