Ohefest is the music fest­iv­al foun­ded by young bari­tone Jonas Müller – named after a small trib­u­tary of the Danube in Lower Bav­aria. Its goal: to bring clas­sic­al music to a wide and diverse audi­ence in fresh and enga­ging ways.

The second edi­tion takes place from 27 to 29 June 2025 in Nieder­alteich under the theme In Terra Pax. At its heart is Gust­av Mahler’s Des Knaben Wun­der­horn, presen­ted in a spe­cially arranged ver­sion for cham­ber ensemble and per­formed by Anna-Lena Elbert and Jonas Müller. Oth­er high­lights include the open­ing con­cert with works by Mendels­sohn, Schu­mann, and Beeth­oven, as well as a tango pro­gramme with Trio Fed­ami. A children’s music theatre pro­duc­tion rounds off the week­end with cross-gen­er­a­tion­al appeal.

With innov­at­ive pro­gram­ming, young artists, and an open approach to clas­sic­al music, Ohefest aims to bring new momentum to the fest­iv­al scene.

Opheli­as Cul­ture PR has sup­por­ted the fest­iv­al since its found­ing, assist­ing Jonas Müller with media out­reach, advising on PR and mar­ket­ing strategies, and con­sult­ing on long-term brand devel­op­ment.
