„Freiheit – brennende Liebe” : From this angle the Austrian ensemble moderntimes1800, a young orchestra for historical performance practice, casts the spotlight in the topic of freedom. In order to honour the 200th anniversary of the Tyrolean uprising and the commemoration year „History meets Future. 1809-2009“, the ensemble has compiled a staged collage of text and music elements: “Freiheit – brennende Liebe”. The director of this project is the actor Tobias Moretti, together with the jazz musician Franz Hackl and the author Raoul Schrott.
