Concerto Köln
In 2010 Concerto Köln is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The early music ensemble is one of the most successful for historically informed performance in the world. Classical music awards and prizes give visible proof of its inspiring performance practice: Echo Klassik, Grammy Award, Midem Cannes Award, Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik and shortly in 2010 the Midem Classical Award. Founded in 1985, the ensemble has been giving highly successful concerts in the world’s most renowned concert halls of North and South America, South East Asia and Japan, as well as in most of Europe. OPHELIAS PR has been responsible for the PR of Concerto Köln continuously since 2008.
