Mandelring Quartett
The Mandelring Quartett has taken root as one of the most superb string ensembles in the international chamber music scene. In 2011 the international schedule will see the quartet play major performances in renowned concert halls such as the second “Berlin-Zyklus” in the chamber music hall of the Philharmonie in Berlin. The highlight of the season will be a cycle with a presentation of Shostakovich’s complete works for string quartet at the classic festival Salzburg 2011. On top of that the Mandelring Quartett has been arranging the Hambacher music festival since 1997. OPHELIAS Culture PR is responsible for the press activities of the string ensemble.
